A Customer Experience Agent 1(CX1) is the first point of contact for the customers in our retail stores. CX1 is an outstanding customer service professional and is The Source+ of education and knowledge when assisting customers. As a CX1, you will ensure customers entering the retail space, have all the required documentation for NV State compliance for entry and purchase. While excelling in customer service at multiple customer interactions, including in-store, curbside, home deliveries, and phone interactions, providing the best experience and building positive customer relationships within our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
  • Checks in existing and new customers, collecting all information to remain in compliance
  • Scanning IDs and documenting customer eligibility for purchasing product
  • Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
  • Ensure that the common areas are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Create marketing/ads for inside the dispensary
  • Adheres to all State and local Cannabis and Recreational Department of Health and Cannabis laws
  • Participates in ongoing education and professional development as needed
  • Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds occasionally
  • Must be able to carry, bend, stand, file documents, lift, and push/pull as needed

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
  • Experience frequently interacting with customers, fulfilling customer requests, and addressing customer issues, questions, or suggestions
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and a busy atmosphere
  • Ability to stand on feet for the full shift
  • Helpful attitude, friendly demeanor, and Self-motivated
  • Highly professional and dependable with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

  • There is no visa or H1-B sponsorship. Candidates must successfully complete a criminal record screening or FBI Fingerprints requirements.
  • Successful completion of a thorough personal reference check and background check from the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health. Note that any applicant with a violent felony or drug-related offense (Conclusion of sentence, probation, and/or incarceration within the past 10 years) is not eligible to become a dispensary agent.
